TradeFinch users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

 

To delete your account, send an email to: hello@tradefinch.com

 

From the email address associated with your TradeFinch account, include:

​

• A request to delete your account

• Your full name or business name (if applicable)

 

We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

 

When your request is processed, we will:

​

• Permanently delete your TradeFinch account

• Delete or anonymise your personal data associated with the account

• Remove access to all TradeFinch services

​

Data That May Be Retained

 

We may retain limited data where required for:

​

• Legal and regulatory compliance

• Financial reporting and audit obligations

• Fraud prevention and security

Any retained data will be kept only as long as necessary and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://www.tradefinch.com/privacy-policy

Processing Time

 

We process deletion requests within 30 days of verification.

​

Additional Information

​

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

• If you have an active service or ongoing financial process, deletion may be delayed until completion
